The size of our crew is carefully planned based on the scale and requirements of your celebration. For most weddings, our team includes 2-3 cinematographers, 2-3 photographers and where required, a director, production manager and licensed drone operator.

For larger celebrations, we recommend a larger crew to ensure seamless, multi-angle coverage without compromising the quality of your photographs and films. For more intimate weddings, a smaller team allows us to work discreetly while creating a more personal experience.

Currently, our expertise is focused exclusively on photography and cinematography. However, having collaborated with some of the finest wedding planners, event management teams and decor specialists, we are always happy to recommend trusted professionals at no additional cost. A well-planned celebration and thoughtfully designed decor not only enhance your event but also provide the perfect setting for creating timeless photographs and cinematic films.

To ensure a seamless workflow and the highest quality results, we generally do not recommend having multiple photography or videography teams covering the same event. Working as a single, coordinated team allows us to capture clean, uninterrupted frames, maintain a consistent visual style and document every moment without distractions or overlapping coverage. This approach ensures a smoother experience for everyone involved and helps us deliver the cinematic quality that defines The Ami Video.

Our quotations are completely transparent, with no hidden costs. For destination and outstation assignments, travel and accommodation for the crew are quoted separately. Meals at the venue for the crew during the event are to be arranged by the client to ensure uninterrupted coverage throughout the day.

Any additional coverage beyond the agreed schedule, as well as optional deliverables such as premium albums or hard drives, will be charged separately. All applicable costs are clearly discussed and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.

A pre-wedding shoot is a dedicated photography and cinematography session that captures the unique bond and chemistry between the couple before the wedding celebrations begin. It offers a relaxed setting away from the excitement and schedule of the wedding, allowing you to create natural, timeless and personal moments together.

The photographs and films from the session can be incorporated into your wedding highlight film or presented as a standalone pre-wedding film to be showcased during the wedding celebrations. A typical pre-wedding shoot lasts between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the concept and location. Outfits, styling, makeup and any location-specific arrangements are generally organised by the couple unless otherwise agreed.

All photographs are provided in high-resolution JPEG format, featuring a blend of candid and traditional styles. Your final images and videos all are delivered digitally on a HDD provided by the client, ensuring your memories are preserved in the highest quality.

Yes. We offer beautifully crafted, premium wedding albums and coffee table books that are custom-designed to showcase your story in the most elegant way. Every image included is professionally edited and carefully curated, with the final album tailored to your preferences. Album pricing varies depending on the size, finish and printing specifications and will be discussed during the booking process.

Yes we offer this service. These are referred to as "Same Day Edits" and they are a great way to showcase some of the best moments of the wedding instantly to everyone present. However, this is an expensive process (extra equipment and setups are required for an extra editor to produce this) and adds to the final cost of the package

Well-balanced, natural lighting and a properly illuminated stage or ceremony area significantly enhance the quality of both photographs and films, especially for evening events. We also recommend ensuring sufficient space around key event areas so our team can move freely and capture moments from multiple angles without disruption. If possible, setting aside 35 - 45 minutes before each major event for couple portraits allows us to create timeless images while your outfits, styling and makeup are at their best. A few simple considerations during the planning stage can make a remarkable difference to the final outcome and we're always happy to guide you or coordinate with your planner to ensure everything is perfectly prepared.

Audio interviews are one of the elements that transform a wedding film into a meaningful story. Along with capturing the celebrations, we aim to record short interviews with the couple and their closest family members or friends (bride, groom, parents, siblings/ best friends, etc.) to weave personal memories, emotions, and experiences into the film. As weddings often follow a dynamic schedule with multiple ceremonies and rituals, interviews are conducted whenever the event flow and timeline allow. Our team will always make every effort to record them without disrupting the celebrations. However, if the schedule is too tight, ceremonies run back-to-back or a suitable time and quiet location are not available, we may not be able to conduct all or any of the planned interviews.

To ensure the best quality, interviews are ideally recorded in a quiet location during the wedding celebrations, preferably on the first day, before the schedule becomes more demanding. As these interviews form an integral part of the storytelling process, they are generally completed during the event and cannot be recorded after the wedding has concluded.

Music selection is finalised in consultation with you, our creative team and the film director to ensure it reflects your personality and the emotions of your celebration. A dedicated client coordinator will guide you through this process, making it smooth and effortless. The title of your wedding film is also decided collaboratively, with suggestions from both you and our creative team, ensuring the final film feels truly personal and uniquely yours.

Yes. To begin the editing process for your wedding highlight film, we require your preferred music selections, particularly for the opening and closing sequences. These choices help us create a film that truly reflects your personality and style. To ensure your project stays on schedule, we recommend sharing your music preferences within 40 - 45 days after the wedding. Any delay in receiving these inputs may proportionally affect the delivery timeline of your final film.

Our typical delivery timeline for wedding films is 100 - 150 days, depending on the scale of the celebration and the post-production requirements. While we always strive to deliver within this timeframe, there may be rare occasions when additional time is required. If our creative team feels that certain sequences can be refined further, we may revisit and re-edit portions of the film to ensure it meets the highest standards of storytelling and craftsmanship.
